How do I get my Deltatronic Silentium! product?
You can receive Deltatronic Silentium! products easy, quick and secure over the Internet. The correct processing of your order via the Internet is very easy, if you follow subsequent points. You will be automatically guided through the order-menu. For possible upcoming questions we have described the schedule in detail:
  1. Choise of products

    Choose under www.deltatronic.de,   Products and shop. Here you can either choose your product or your component or you yourself assemble your PC on page "Silentium! -PC custom-build" respectively "Silentium! -kit and soundless components". If you have any queries to our product you get further information on our "Technology" page. Please check your entries and move to...


  2. Order page

    Click on the Order-Button. The choosen components and prices as well as the total price will be shown combined in an overwiew (not at the light version).
    You are able to change or reverse as oftern as you wish. Just press the Change-button.
    If everything meets your expectations choose between this two dispatch options:

    1. Cash on delivery
      Payment on delivery of the goods. Please keep the amount ready (in local currency). Exact delivery details can be obtained from the order confirmation.


    2. Cash in advance
      If you have choosen cash in advance, we ask you to transfer the specified amount stated on the order confirmation stating your customer and order number. Delivery will be made immediately on payment receipt.

    The above mentioned delivery options are possible for EU countries and Switzerland. Deliveries outside of Europe and Switzerland only by cash in advance. Different payment variations result in different delivery costs.

  5. Check your specifications

  6. Send order

    All your specifications will be send to us. You will receive an order confirmation.


  7. Confirmation of your order received

    ...will be sent automatically


  8. Confirmation of your order

    Your order will be summarized under one order number. Your chosen product including prices and total price will be confirmed again. Delivery date will be specified.
    Important: Cash in advance-delivery will be send promptly after payment receipt. All details will be e-mailed to you. On instant delivery, order confirmation will be substituated by invoice. Shipment follows production and configuration of your ordered product.


  9. Shipment

    ...of your product with forwarding agencies. On the dispatch day you will receive a dispatch information stating the estimated delivery day (normally 1 or 2 days later). Consignments are insured through us.


  10. Payment

    ...takes place either with delivery or with cash in advance after receipt of order confirmation (also see choise terms of payment).

  12. Check delivery

    Please ask the following questions:
    • Is the packaging damaged?
    • Are there any other transportation damages?
    • Is the delivery complete? Have I received everything I ordered?
    • Contains the consignment exactly the products I ordered?
    Transportation damages and apparently deficiencies have to be announced immediately, at best in writing. However, if everything is to your convenience, then you can place your PC into operation.


  13. Placing into operation

    Firstly study the enclosed documentation.

  14. What to do with deficiencies?

    If you should have any reason for complaint in spite of all our accurateness you are able to return the PC or call on your warranty. Please inform yourself about the warranty conditions.
