The following information will help you
choose the best graphic card for your application.
- For general applications as Word, Excel, Internet-Browser etc. the graphical performance of the standard
video card (ASUS AX300SE)
will be more than sufficient as these applications do not perform in 3D.
- If you expect the best screen quality, then you should invest in a TFT-flat-screen with DVI-connector.
This offers better screen quality because there is no digital-to-analogue-to-digital conversion.
We have had our best experience EIZO with flat-screens.
- TFT-flat-screens with an resolution of more than 1920 pixels, for example
the 30 inch Dell UltraSharp 3007WFP, requires a video card with Dual-Link DVI connector.
- Under Windows XP please adjust "Clear Type" in the settings for your display.
